1) The clutch slips

(1)  The clutch disk or clutch plate is stained with oil.
(2)     Friction disk is abraded seriously or burnt down.
(3)     The disk spring’s pressure declined.
(4)     The free path is not enough, or no free path.
(5)     The driven disk is deformed.

(1) Wash them clean with gasoline, and find out the cause and remedy it.

2)Clutch cannot be separated completely or have noise when shifting

(1)     The pedal’s free path is too large, and the working path is too small.

3) The tractor is shivering at starting.

2) Small helical bevel

3) Final transmission noise is abnormal

(1)     Fixed bolt of planetary frame loosen, block washer damaged

4) Brake fails

(1)     The brake disk is worn seriously, or worn eccentrically.
(2)     No enough braking liquid or pipe leaks

(5)     The front axles can’t disengage when transporting
(6)     The front tire tread installed oppositely

(4)     Check and blow up the tire

(6)     Reinstall it as per the requirement

2) The front wheels are swaying 

(1)     Ball pin, oil cylinder, fasten nuts and bolts of steer swing arm loosened
(2)     The front toe-in adjusted improperly
(3)     Bearing clearance is too large or abraded heavily
(4)     Steer pintle is worn seriously
(5)     The front wheel rim deformed seriously.

5) There is large noise in the transfer box (4WD)

(1)     Too high gear speed

2) Steering is too heavy

(1)     Gear pump supply oil insufficiently, inside leak or filter net in the oil case choked

4) Steering  wheel can’t automatically restore to the neutral position

(4)     Neutral position pressure decrease too large or steerer offload when steering wheel stop (liable to wander)

5) No manual steering

(1)     The clearance of rotor and stator is too large

6) Steering is not sensitive

(1)      The clearance of valve core and sleeve is too large

(6)     Sway bar in the distributor peel off
(7)     Main control valve stuck in the neutral or descending position, or oil returning valve stuck at open position

5) Gear pump hum when handle at lifting position

(1) Adjust incorrectly, inner lifting arm push lifter housing make safety valve open

6) Implement cannot be lifted

(1)     Main control valve stuck
(2)     Sink valve blocked
(3)     Pushing pin become short, or sink valve assembly loosen and spin out, make sink valve cannot open
(4)     Oil routine of cylinder head to cylinder closed
